At this level, there are virtually no limitations! We can design bigger, more creative, and very unique projects. Advanced productions have a certain complexity to them that demand crews, equipment, locations, cast, and more that are not possible at previous production levels.

Discounts & Bulk Pricing
- We have a 10% discount for Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce Members.
- Modern Icon Media has a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Ex: schools, community services, etc.
- We have a 10% discount if your business or organization works in environmental protection, conservation, pollution elimination, green technology industries, accessibility, and pro-social fields.
- If you are in multiple discount qualifying groups, we can provide a 15% discount!
- Modern Icon Media offers bulk pricing discounts. If you book 3 or more projects/end products with us at one time, you’re eligible for a 5% discount on each. This can be combined with any other discounts offered. This offer excludes multiple versions of the same video (example: A 60 second ad with a 30 second version).
- Need a video every 2 months for a year? Save 10% on each when you book all 6 videos.

To meet standards and bring the best to your project, we hire specialized people and tools for the job. A significant amount of time and creative energy is put into every video we deliver to our clients.
Turnaround Times?
We strive to have reasonably quick turnaround times for all of our projects. Most fall near 3-8 weeks from initial contact to delivery depending on the client’s needs, project requirements, scheduling availability, scripting, production design, the complexity of editing, visual effects, etc. Some projects may take a lot longer, or a lot less time. Many types of projects are able to moved along quickly under the right circumstances, making 1-2 week turnarounds a possibility for those that need projects done ASAP.

Creative Budgeting
If you aren’t sure of your budget, or do not have a lot of budget, we can design a project and that can make something work for you! Flexibility and creativity are two of the most important areas of media production.
Do you work with health organizations?
We are open to working with traditional medical organizations on projects about evidence-based medecine and/or about how their organization supports their patients.
We do not work with organizations making or promoting supplements, alternative medicines/treatments, chiropractors, acupuncture, med spas, diet programs, etc.
We do not work with medical organizations that have a track record of neglecting patients.
