About Modern Icon Media

Modern Icon Media is a video production company and ad agency based just outside of Boulder, Colorado.

We work with clients to produce professional videos and media projects that are grounded in storytelling, principles of branding, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Our projects are focused on factual advertising that is research and results driven.

Our business started as a videography company primarily filming small speaking events. We grew to take on the full production of videos, recognizing that our skills could better serve our clients’ needs this way. We love designing full video productions based in media strategy. From there we have since grown to include ad agency services and marketing consultation for both video ad and social media marketing campaigns.

Trenton Hoshiko founded Modern Icon Media to provide outstanding video production and video advertising services to Northern Colorado organizations.

We are dedicated to creativity, technical quality, and results.

Modern Icon Motion Picture Studios /  Modern Icon Media are, currently, an independent, non-union signatory production company. While we are a non-union production company and produce non-union work with non-union workers, we are far from anti-union. We do not, and will not, accept work from struck companies, including major studios and streamers – especially work that directly intends to replace the labor of a union member. Doing so would violate our ethics and hinder the progress and protection of workers across the film, video, media, and entertainment industry, and contradict our work to pay our own non-union workers fairly while providing a safe and sustainable workplace. We stand in solidarity with the WGA and SAG.
